What happened?

It's already been over a week since my last post. I had no idea. I completely meant to do another Wednesday Want this week and it slipped my mind. It's been a busy week! Our little boy's birthday was yesterday. He is ONE YEAR OLD. I can hardly believe it. And what a handsome one-year-old he is!

Love that little man.

On a completely unrelated note (because I really have nothing to blog about), I made Cheesy Chicken Pepper Pasta tonight and it was absolutely delicious. Not as cheesy as I expected, but tasty tasty! It would also be delicious with shrimp instead of chicken. It's not super often I find a new, easy, really yummy recipe, so I was thrilled tonight when I tasted this and decided it needs to go into a regular rotation.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! We did not celebrate. We never do. Last year we were in the hospital with a 1-day-old baby, and we were given some green soda and a green blanket by the hospital staff. I think that's the most I've ever done for St. Patrick's Day....and all I did was drink the soda. I don't even wear green. Is that lame?

On that note, I am going to read then go to bed, and pray that J-man sleeps through the night again tonight. Fare thee well, blog world.
