I love books. I love reading, But I'm not really one to read classics. I've tried a few and always really disliked them, and generally don't even finish them. But I've been trying. I am currently reading A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens (on my new kindle, anniversary present from my husband, which I love), so I am pushing through it, and this quote popped out at me:
"It is a fair, even-handed, noble adjustment of things, that while there is infection in disease and sorrow, there is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good-humour."
How true. When I think of the words "infectious" and "contagious" they generally have negative connotations. But laughter is far from negative, and is very infectious.
It was good timing to read that quote, too. Just about an hour ago I told Jay to give daddy a kiss. He walked over to Sam, opened his mouth wide (gotta love the open-mouthed slobbery baby kisses) and right as he got close to Sam's mouth, Jay let out one of the biggest burps I have ever heard.
I fell on the floor crying from laughing so hard.

Ok that just about killed me. Boys.
Way to expand your reading. You can't pay for that kind of entertainment either.
